It also targets educational staff and learners, enhancing cooperation between educational, cultural, and social institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Key objectives include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting (tele)monitoring and bioanalytical food control and health monitoring methods.<\/li>\n<li>Developing common (e-)teaching\/evaluation materials in English (and Romanian\/Slovenian) on modern e-teaching methods, incorporating ITC tools, e-learning platforms, and web-based exercises.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing itinerant visits and short-term excursions between partner universities for sharing practical and didactical experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Hosting an International Summer School in Romania and other partner universities, involving students and teachers to gather new knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities for joint theses (undergraduate\/master\/PhD) and PhD coordination between institutions, including joint thesis defenses.<\/li>\n<li>Disseminating the project\u2019s outcomes and activities through academic and non-academic media, addressing food safety issues in schools and universities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Main activities<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Common e-teaching materials with theoretical\/practical information according to the field of experience in food safety and healthy nutrition\/living<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>E-teaching\/learning\/evaluation materials will be used in common by the partners of the project<\/li>\n<li>International summer school<\/li>\n<li>Joint courses\/lab practices\/thesis in the common\/complementary topics<\/li>\n<li>Exchange of academic knowledge through mobility programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>International Summer School<\/strong> <em>Bioanalytical (Tele)Monitoring for Life Sciences \u2013 Medicine, Food Control, Environmental Monitoring<\/em>, September 13-20, 2024, Bra\u0219ov, with the participation of 38 international students from 6 countries, with the UMFST representative being a member of the Scientific Committee and an invited lecturer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International Conference<\/strong> <em>The 7th International Conference \u2013 New Trends on Sensing \u2013 Monitoring-Telediagnosis for Life Sciences<\/em>, September 20-22, 2024, Bra\u0219ov, with a joint paper and poster with Universities from Viseu\/Portugal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International Summer School<\/strong> <em>Food Safety and Healthy Living \u2013 FSHL 2024<\/em>, May 8-11, 2024, Bucharest, with the participation of 76 international students from 9 countries, 19 of whom are from UMFST G.E.
