<\/p>\n

Study mobilities carried out outside the Erasmus+ program are semester- or academic-year-long study periods conducted at partner universities abroad within the framework of other programs besides Erasmus+ (e.g., scholarships offered by the Balassi Institute and the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To carry out such a mobility, the student must obtain approval from the Dean\u2019s Office of the faculty to which he\/she is enrolled. Approval is obtained based on a request submitted to the university's registry. The request must be accompanied by a completed Learning Agreement, proof of the scholarship award, and the host university\u2019s acceptance.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Applications must be submitted to the Department of International Relations, Room 226, no later than one day before the start of the semester in which the mobility will take place.<\/strong><\/p>\n
