The main purpose of the partnerships is to ensure the increase of the of students and graduates employability on the labor market and to create the general framework for joint didactic activities and for the development and applied research projects or technology transfer.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, starting from the idea that in order to have a sustainable and consolidated win-win relationship between the University and the organizations in the economic-social environment, it is necessary to design and transmit a coherent and consistent message, which can only be the result of a team work and a permanent exchange of information between our department and the teaching staff, we want to support them in certain logistical and administrative tasks related to:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiating, concluding and developing partnerships;<\/li>\n<li>organizing seminars\/workshops on practical topics from the activity of companies\/institutions\/organizations, supported by employer\u2019s representatives, as well as other types of events that bring employers and students face to face;<\/li>\n<li>promoting within the University our partners offers for internships and employment;<\/li>\n<li>creating and managing databases with the partner organizations\/companies\/institutions as well as referring to the collaboration areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the department manages 277 partnerships with employers from all fields in which the university organizes
