Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures, under the coordination of Associate Professor Dana Rus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course comprises 10 engaging units that combine C1-level English language learning with citizenship and democratic values through interactive digital breakout challenges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Speak freely? \u2013 freedom of speech and its limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Truth check \u2013 fake news and media literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join in \u2013 civic engagement and youth participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Us and them \u2013 stereotypes, identity, and inclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power and protest \u2013 democracy, activism, and dissent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital you \u2013 online identity and privacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green talks \u2013 environmental citizenship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect rules \u2013 law, justice, and responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Worlds collide \u2013 intercultural communication and conflict<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speak up \u2013 public speaking, argumentation, and civic debate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Why digital breakout challenges? Each unit is built around an immersive challenge-based scenario that requires students to solve real-world democratic dilemmas whilst developing their English language competence.
