medical\u0103 <\/strong>se integreaz\u0103 misiunii universit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi contribuie la dezvoltarea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului \u015fi cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, la punerea \u00een valoare a poten\u0163ialului uman din jude\u0163, dar \u015fi din zonele al\u0103turate acestuia, la atragerea speciali\u015ftilor, la constituirea unei comunit\u0103\u0163i academice puternice.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Prin programul universitar de studii de masterat de Biotehnologie medical\u0103 se ofer\u0103 preg\u0103tire \u015fi instruire \u00een domeniul farmaceutic \u015fi medical, <strong><em>misiunea programului universitar de studii de masterat de Biotehnologie medical\u0103, fiind, mail ales didactic\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, dar \u0219i de cercetare cre\u00e2nd premisele necesare pentru preg\u0103tirea doctoral\u0103.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Prelu\u00e2nd \u015fi adapt\u00e2nd elementele generale ale misiunii universit\u0103\u0163ii, <strong><em>programul universitar de studii de masterat de Biotehnologie medical\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, vizeaz\u0103 o <strong><em>misiune <\/em><\/strong>ce cuprinde trei componente:<\/p><ol><li class=\" translation-block\">a) <strong><em>formarea competen\u021belor de baz\u0103 pentru<\/em><\/strong><strong> speciali\u015fti<\/strong> \u00een biotehnologie medical\u0103, masteranzi care se preg\u0103tesc \u00een vederea dob\u00e2ndirii competen\u0163elor de baz\u0103 \u015fi specifice \u015fi a atest\u0103rii oficiale necesare pentru ocuparea posturilor din aceste domenii;<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">b) <strong><em>formare continu\u0103 \u015fi perfec\u0163ionare \u00een carier\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, pentru dezvoltarea competen\u021belor \u0219i calific\u0103rilor pentru domeniile vizate;<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">c) <strong><em>cercetarea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, teoretic\u0103 \u015fi aplicativ\u0103, \u00een domeniul biotehnologiei medicale, \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu necesit\u0103\u0163ile de perfec\u0163ionare a procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi cu perspectivele de evolu\u0163ie a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului \u015fi a \u015ftiin\u0163elor economice pe plan na\u0163ional \u015fi fabricarea, respectiv utilizarea \u00een terapia molecular\u0103 a medicamentelor biologice.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><b><span class=\"textRight\">Obiective&nbsp;<\/span>specifice<\/b><\/p><ul><li>asigurarea unei preg\u0103tiri de speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniul biotehnologiei medicale \u00een acord cu direc\u021biile actuale \u0219i de perspectiv\u0103 \u00een domeniul economic, al teoriei \u0219i practicii curriculum-ului, al tehnologiei informa\u021biei \u0219i comunic\u0103rii, al proiect\u0103rii \u0219i evalu\u0103rii \u00een condi\u021bii de calitate \u0219i eficient\u0103 a procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt;<\/li><li>realizarea unui \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt formativ, modern, centrat pe studen\u021bi \u0219i orientat pragmatic spre nevoile reale ale \u0219colii rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, \u00een contextul unei Uniuni Europene l\u0103rgite;<\/li><li>conectarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului cu cercetarea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103, antrenarea studen\u021bilor \u00een elaborarea de studii pe temele actuale ale
