Tous ces aspects n\u00e9cessitent un haut niveau de connaissances th\u00e9oriques et pratiques interdisciplinaires, obtenues par la corr\u00e9lation des domaines physico-chimiques et m\u00e9dico-biologiques. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de sa formation acad\u00e9mique, le pharmacien poss\u00e8de un profil professionnel qui certifie son autorit\u00e9 dans les domaines analytique et toxicologique, ainsi que clinique et pharmacologique, et lui permet d\u2019occuper une position sociale importante (satisfaction des besoins de la population en information, \u00e9ducation et prophylaxie en sant\u00e9). \u00c0 la fin du programme de pharmacie, le dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 aura les comp\u00e9tences suivantes valid\u00e9es par les examens finaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conception, formulation, pr\u00e9paration et conditionnement des m\u00e9dicaments, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cosm\u00e9tiques et autres produits de sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Stockage, conservation et distribution des m\u00e9dicaments, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cosm\u00e9tiques et autres produits de sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9livrance des m\u00e9dicaments, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cosm\u00e9tiques et autres produits de sant\u00e9 et soins pharmaceutiques ;<\/li>\n<li>Analyse et contr\u00f4le des substances, m\u00e9dicaments, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cosm\u00e9tiques et autres produits de sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Gestion, marketing et administration de la sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Conseil et expertise en m\u00e9dicaments, compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cosm\u00e9tiques et autres produits de sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme Cosm\u00e9tique m\u00e9dicale et technologie du produit cosm\u00e9tique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes est une approche complexe concernant la beaut\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 de la peau, combinant m\u00e9thodes m\u00e9dicales et techniques cosm\u00e9tiques. Il vise \u00e0 former des professionnels dans un march\u00e9 du travail en \u00e9volution, notamment dans l\u2019industrie cosm\u00e9tique, en leur fournissant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des connaissances th\u00e9oriques et pratiques solides dans le domaine des produits cosm\u00e9tiques ;<\/li>\n<li>des connaissances en chimie, technologie et analyse des produits cosm\u00e9tiques ;<\/li>\n<li>des comp\u00e9tences pratiques n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9aliser des proc\u00e9dures simples de soins esth\u00e9tiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme de Chimie m\u00e9dicinale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme de chimie m\u00e9dicinale est centr\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9couverte, le d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019identification et l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de l\u2019action des compos\u00e9s biologiquement actifs au niveau mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s acqui\u00e8rent les comp\u00e9tences suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>Caract\u00e9risation structurale des compos\u00e9s chimiques, connaissance des m\u00e9thodes analytiques pour leur caract\u00e9risation complexe dans diverses matrices (m\u00e9langes de substances, fluides biologiques, tissus, extraits naturels, interm\u00e9diaires, produits finis) ;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques aux laboratoires physico-chimiques et m\u00e9dico-cliniques, et \u00e0 appliquer des m\u00e9thodes de s\u00e9paration et d\u2019analyse en laboratoire ;<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les concepts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la structure et \u00e0 la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 des compos\u00e9s chimiques et biochimiques ainsi que les param\u00e8tres des analyses cliniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la recherche sont impliqu\u00e9s dans les groupes de recherche \u00e9tudiants organis\u00e9s dans chaque d\u00e9partement. Les membres enseignants et chercheurs de ces groupes pr\u00e9parent les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 la recherche scientifique, les aident \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des projets et les encouragent \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leurs r\u00e9sultats lors de manifestations scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme de Chimie technologique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce programme comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conception et d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9thodes technologiques pour l\u2019obtention de compos\u00e9s ou produits chimiques ;<\/li>\n<li>Contr\u00f4le des flux technologiques ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement, optimisation et validation des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019analyse ;<\/li>\n<li>Conseil et expertise dans le domaine des produits obtenus par flux technologique ;<\/li>\n<li>Organisation, gestion et marketing des unit\u00e9s de production ;<\/li>\n<li>Connaissances en l\u00e9gislation et environnement li\u00e9es aux flux technologiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assistance de pharmacie (\u00e0 Bistri\u021ba)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme fournit aux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des connaissances th\u00e9oriques et pratiques essentielles concernant les m\u00e9dicaments en vente libre (OTC), les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, les produits cosm\u00e9tiques et d\u2019autres produits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s peuvent exercer leur profession dans divers domaines, tels que les pharmacies communautaires, les drogueries, les pharmacies hospitali\u00e8res, les laboratoires d\u2019analyse et l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique. Le dipl\u00f4me de licence leur permet de poursuivre leurs \u00e9tudes dans des programmes de master dans le domaine pharmaceutique et des domaines connexes, avec la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der ult\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes doctorales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nutrition et di\u00e9t\u00e9tique<\/strong> fournit des connaissances th\u00e9oriques et pratiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation saine, l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9tat nutritionnel, l\u2019\u00e9laboration de plans alimentaires personnalis\u00e9s et la pr\u00e9vention des maladies par la nutrition. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du bachelor peuvent poursuivre des carri\u00e8res r\u00e9ussies dans un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H\u00f4pitaux et cliniques m\u00e9dicales<\/li>\n<li>Centres de nutrition et de bien-\u00eatre<\/li>\n<li>Stations thermales et centres de baln\u00e9oth\u00e9rapie<\/li>\n<li>Centres de r\u00e9adaptation physique<\/li>\n<li>Institutions de sant\u00e9 publique<\/li>\n<li>Instituts de recherche<\/li>\n<li>Laboratoires d\u2019analyse alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>Industrie alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>Postes acad\u00e9miques et d\u2019enseignement dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n<li>Autorit\u00e9s nationales dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 publique, telles que le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture et de l\u2019Industrie Alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>Exercice professionnel au sein de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, les dipl\u00f4mes d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine, de Pharmacie, de Sciences et de Technologie \u00ab George Emil Palade \u00bb de T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 \u00e9tant pleinement reconnus dans tous les \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019UE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tudes de master<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes de master en pharmacie sont organis\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la mission sp\u00e9cifique d\u2019enseignement, de formation professionnelle et de recherche de la facult\u00e9. Dans le cadre de la politique institutionnelle de gestion de la diversit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, la Facult\u00e9 de Pharmacie a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 trois programmes de master dans les domaines suivants:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Qualit\u00e9 des aliments, des m\u00e9dicaments et de l\u2019environnement<\/strong>, en langue roumaine \u2013 Ce programme vise \u00e0 approfondir les connaissances professionnelles dans les domaines de l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 et du contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9, destin\u00e9es aux sp\u00e9cialistes travaillant dans l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique, les laboratoires, les services d\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9, l\u2019industrie alimentaire et le domaine de la protection de l\u2019environnement. Le programme de master est orient\u00e9 vers la science, la recherche et les applications modernes, fournissant un soutien de connaissances pour l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 des produits pharmaceutiques, des aliments et des facteurs environnementaux. La validation du programme certifie la qualit\u00e9 des ressources humaines pour un march\u00e9 du travail tr\u00e8s dynamique, tant dans le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 (m\u00e9dicaments, aliments et environnement), que par la mise en \u0153uvre de la pr\u00e9vention et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle, la protection de l\u2019environnement et la promotion d\u2019un mode de vie sain.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umfst.ro\/fileadmin\/f_farmacie\/Planuri_de_invatamant\/2021-2022\/Curriculum_Quality_of_food__drug_and_environment.pdf\">Programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes Qualit\u00e9 des aliments, de m\u00e9dicament et de l\u2019environnement<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Cosm\u00e9tologie et dermopharmacie<\/strong>, en langue roumaine \u2013 Ce programme vise \u00e0 former les \u00e9tudiants de master dans les domaines de la conception, du d\u00e9veloppement et de la pr\u00e9paration de produits dermopharmaceutiques et cosm\u00e9tiques. Il permet \u00e9galement d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances sur les proc\u00e9dures de soins cosm\u00e9tiques et leurs applications en dermatologie et en m\u00e9decine esth\u00e9tique, ainsi que sur l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 des produits dermopharmaceutiques et cosm\u00e9tiques<strong>.<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umfst.ro\/fileadmin\/f_farmacie\/Planuri_de_invatamant\/2021-2022\/Curriculum_Cosmetology_and_Dermopharmacy.pdf\">Programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes Cosm\u00e9tologie et dermopharmacie<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Biotechnologie m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>, en langue hongroise \u2013 vise \u00e0 former les \u00e9tudiants de master concernant le d\u00e9veloppement de th\u00e9rapies et de produits m\u00e9dicinaux obtenus par biotechnologie. La tendance de la m\u00e9decine vers les produits biotechnologiques impose le besoin de m\u00e9decins et pharmaciens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en biotechnologie m\u00e9dicale. Le master est orient\u00e9 vers la science, la recherche et les applications modernes, fournissant des connaissances sur l\u2019utilisation et la production de m\u00e9dicaments biologiques.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umfst.ro\/fileadmin\/f_farmacie\/Planuri_de_invatamant\/2021-2022\/Curriculum_Medicinal_Biotechnology.pdf\">Programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes Biotechnologie m\u00e9dicale<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Les m\u00e9dicaments de l\u2019usage \u00e0 l\u2019abus. Pharmacovigilance et r\u00e9glementation<\/strong>, en langue roumaine \u2013 vise \u00e0 former des \u00e9tudiants de master dans le domaine de la pharmacovigilance et des essais cliniques impliquant des m\u00e9dicaments, des sp\u00e9cialistes qui am\u00e9lioreront le syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical par une implication active dans la surveillance de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la pharmacoth\u00e9rapie, l\u2019\u00e9valuation critique des intoxications m\u00e9dicamenteuses, l\u2019identification et la d\u00e9claration des r\u00e9actions ind\u00e9sirables, le d\u00e9veloppement de plans de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019abus de substances et l\u2019optimisation des th\u00e9rapies selon des crit\u00e8res pharmacocin\u00e9tiques, cliniques et paracliniques. La formation professionnelle sera assur\u00e9e par des sp\u00e9cialistes en pharmacologie, toxicologie, analyse de laboratoire et domaines connexes de la l\u00e9gislation applicable (droit).<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umfst.ro\/fileadmin\/f_farmacie\/Planuri_de_invatamant\/2024-2025\/Curriculum_MFR_2024_2026.pdf\">Programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes Les m\u00e9dicaments de l\u2019usage \u00e0 l\u2019abus. Pharmacovigilance et r\u00e9glementation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tudes doctorales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes doctorales permettent l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et l\u2019approfondissement de la formation des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s par des cours, s\u00e9minaires et recherches scientifiques de haute qualit\u00e9 dans des domaines tels que l\u2019analyse et le contr\u00f4le des m\u00e9dicaments, la chimie pharmaceutique, la pharmacologie, la technologie pharmaceutique, l\u2019industrie du m\u00e9dicament, la chimie analytique, la biochimie, la botanique pharmaceutique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tudes postuniversitaires<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sidence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sidence est une forme sp\u00e9cifique d\u2019enseignement postuniversitaire pour les pharmaciens, leur fournissant la formation n\u00e9cessaire afin d\u2019obtenir l\u2019une des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s incluses dans la nomenclature des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pharmaceutiques du r\u00e9seau de soins m\u00e9dicaux. All these aspects require a high level of theoretical and practical interdisciplinary knowledge, obtained by correlation of both physico-chemical and medical-biological issues. As a result of its academic training, the pharmacist will have the professional profile which certifies his authority both in the analytical and toxicological domain and in the clinical and pharmacological one, as well as the achievement of a special social position (satisfying the population needs for health information, education and prophylaxis). The master program is oriented towards science, research and modern applications, providing knowledge support for quality assurance of pharmaceuticals, food and environmental factors.
