Testarea extractelor vegetale pe modele biologice vegetale \u2013 evaluarea efectelor extractelor ob\u021binute din plante asupra diferitelor sisteme vegetale, \u00een vederea determin\u0103rii poten\u021bialului lor biologic \u0219i a eventualelor aplica\u021bii practice \u00een domeniul fitoterapiei sau agriculturii.<\/li>\n
  2. Teste de germinare a semin\u021belor \u2013 studierea influen\u021bei diferi\u021bilor factori (inclusiv extracte vegetale sau condi\u021bii de mediu) asupra procesului de germinare, pentru a analiza viabilitatea semin\u021belor \u0219i rata de dezvoltare a plantulelor.<\/li>\n
  3. Izolarea uleiurilor esen\u021biale din produse vegetale prin distilare \u2013 ob\u021binerea uleiurilor volatile din plante medicinale \u0219i aromatice, utiliz\u00e2nd metode de distilare (de exemplu, distilarea cu abur), \u00een scopul valorific\u0103rii compu\u0219ilor bioactivi.<\/li>\n
  4. Analiza cantitativ\u0103 a compu\u0219ilor fenolici din plante medicinale \u0219i determinarea activit\u0103\u021bii antioxidante a produselor naturale \u2013 cuantificarea substan\u021belor cu rol antioxidant \u0219i evaluarea capacit\u0103\u021bii acestora de a neutraliza radicalii liberi, cu importan\u021b\u0103 \u00een prevenirea stresului oxidativ.<\/li>\n
  5. Extrac\u021bia \u0219i analiza fitochimic\u0103 a extractelor vegetale \u2013 ob\u021binerea extractelor prin metode adecvate \u0219i identificarea compu\u0219ilor bioactivi (alcaloizi, flavonoide, terpenoide etc.), utiliz\u00e2nd tehnici analitice specifice.<\/li>\n
