Aceste tehnici permit determinarea simultan\u0103 a aspectelor calitative \u0219i cantitative ale unui num\u0103r mare de biomarkeri, semnale intracelulare, citokine, chemokine, factori de cre\u0219tere, markeri metabolici, receptori nucleari \u0219i factori de transcrip\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Citometrul de flux<\/strong> identific\u0103 mai multe popula\u021bii celulare \u00eentr-un singur e\u0219antion. Aceasta maximizeaz\u0103 informa\u021biile ob\u021binute din cantit\u0103\u021bi limitate de prob\u0103 \u0219i cre\u0219te rentabilitatea testelor, deoarece poate reuni diverse informa\u021bii (egale cu num\u0103rul de canale de detec\u021bie) despre sute de mii de celule \u00eentr-o suspendare. Aplica\u021bii pentru analiza celulelor \u0219i elemente importante:<\/p>\n<p>Separarea celular\u0103 \u2013 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 4 linii celulare pure, concomitent<\/p>\n<p>Imunofenotipizare (markeri de suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i marcatori intracelulari, m\u0103surarea celulelor rare circulante)<\/p>\n<p>Func\u021bii celulare, apoptoz\u0103\/viabilitatea celular\u0103, analiza ciclului celular, proliferarea celular\u0103<\/p>\n<p>BD FACSDiva software te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 treci de la analiz\u0103 la sortare. Sortatorul este echipat cu lasere de 405nm, 488nm, 561nm \u0219i 633nm \u0219i este capabil de detectare simultan\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 9 culori. Permite reconstruc\u021bia structurilor tridimensionale din imaginile ob\u021binute. Aplica\u021bii: scanare confocal\u0103 (imagini cu laser) ale specimenelor vii \u0219i fixe marcate cu fluorescen\u021b\u0103, precum \u0219i pentru m\u0103sur\u0103tori cantitative \u00een domeniul \u0219tiin\u021belor vie\u021bii. Puncte forte: Microscopia cu scanare cu laser confocal (CLSM) este una dintre serii de metode de generare a t\u0103ieturilor din probe microscopice prin intermediul opticii.
