evaluarea capacit\u0103\u021bii cardio-respiratorii \u0219i a metabolismului energetic, determinarea pragurilor func\u021bionale de efort, analiza for\u021bei musculare, a puterii \u0219i a profilului neuromuscular, investigarea echilibrului \u0219i controlului postural, analiza biomecanic\u0103 a mi\u0219c\u0103rii \u0219i a gestului sportiv, precum \u0219i monitorizarea r\u0103spunsului fiziologic \u0219i biochimic asociat efortului \u0219i proceselor de refacere.<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, infrastructura existent\u0103 permite elaborarea \u0219i validarea unor protocoale integrate de evaluare func\u021bional\u0103 pentru diferite ramuri sportive, realizarea de studii comparative \u00eentre categorii de v\u00e2rst\u0103, niveluri de performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i etape de preg\u0103tire, precum \u0219i fundamentarea unor modele de interpretare a datelor utile pentru individualizarea programelor de antrenament, optimizarea refacerii \u0219i prevenirea dezechilibrelor func\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>Activitatea de cercetare contribuie la dezvoltarea bazei \u0219tiin\u021bifice necesare sus\u021binerii procesului de preg\u0103tire sportiv\u0103, la cre\u0219terea calit\u0103\u021bii evalu\u0103rilor func\u021bionale \u0219i la consolidarea transferului de cuno\u0219tin\u021be c\u0103tre practic\u0103, prin integrarea rezultatelor ob\u021binute \u00een recomand\u0103ri aplicabile \u00een domeniul performan\u021bei sportive.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, cercet\u0103rile conduse de c\u0103tre Laboratorul de Explor\u0103ri Func\u021bionale, au rela\u021biei dintre for\u021ba muscular\u0103, puterea, viteza \u0219i parametrii biomecanici ai mi\u0219c\u0103rii;<\/li>\n<li>evaluarea r\u0103spunsului neuromuscular \u0219i a fatigabilit\u0103\u021bii \u00een raport cu diferite tipuri de solicitare;<\/li>\n<li>analiza rela\u021biei dintre compozi\u021bia corporal\u0103, statusul func\u021bional \u0219i nivelul performan\u021bei sportive;<\/li>\n<li>monitorizarea adapt\u0103rilor induse de antrenament prin corelarea indicatorilor func\u021bionali, biomecanici \u0219i biochimici;<\/li>\n<li>dezvoltarea \u0219i validarea unor protocoale specifice de testare pentru diverse discipline sportive;<\/li>\n<li>realizarea de cercet\u0103ri aplicative privind optimizarea refacerii \u0219i individualizarea
