Un BIP este un program conceput de institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior din cel pu\u021bin trei \u021b\u0103ri ale programului Erasmus+. transform\u0103rii comunic\u0103rii de business prin inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>La activit\u0103\u021bi au participat studen\u021bi de la Technische Hochschule Rosenheim (Germania) \u0219i Universidad Europea del Atl\u00e1ntico (Spania), \u00een cadrul colabor\u0103rii academice dezvoltate prin Alian\u021ba Universit\u0103\u021bilor Europene DIVERSE, precum \u0219i studen\u021bi de la Universitatea din Strasbourg (Fran\u021ba).<\/p>\n<p>Timp de c\u00e2teva zile, participan\u021bii au colaborat cu angajatori din regiune, mentori \u0219i profesioni\u0219ti \u00een cadrul unor sesiuni interactive \u00een stil hackathon, explor\u00e2nd solu\u021bii inovatoare pentru formarea \u0219i evaluarea viitorilor angaja\u021bi \u00een companii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u021bare aplicat\u0103, colaborare interna\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i idei cu impact real \u2013 toate \u00eentr-o experien\u021b\u0103 Erasmus+ Palade T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 \u00een perioada 5-9 mai 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Programul a inclus workshopuri despre economia circular\u0103 \u0219i modele de business sustenabile, vizite la produc\u0103tori locali, activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een echipe pentru dezvoltarea unor planuri de afaceri care prin inova\u021bie \u0219i digitalizare s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor actuale \u0219i un concurs de proiecte. \u00cen plus, oportunitatea de a cunoa\u0219te colegi cu pasiuni comune \u0219i experien\u021ba cultural\u0103 bogat\u0103 completeaz\u0103 experien\u021ba tinerilor, \u00een acord cu motto-ul programului Erasmus+: \u201dChanging lives. Activit\u0103\u021bile onsite s-au desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een campusul UMFST din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 \u00een perioada 20-24 Mai 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Pe parcursul programului, studen\u021bii de la Universitatea Rosenheim din Germania, Universitatea Debrecen din Ungaria \u0219i universitatea noastr\u0103 \u0219i-au \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit competen\u021bele \u00een modelarea proiectelor antreprenoriale, start-up-uri \u0219i spin-off-uri, leadership \u0219i g\u00e2ndirea flexibil\u0103. Ei au colaborat \u00een echipe transdisciplinare \u0219i interna\u021bionale, \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ind cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i dezvolt\u00e2nd o atitudine pro-antreprenorial\u0103 \u0219i orientat\u0103 spre inovare. \u00cen cadrul programului, au interac\u021bionat cu tineri antreprenori care le-au oferit inspira\u021bie, au participat la workshop-uri de dezvoltare \u00een leadership Cu toate informa\u021biile acumulate, au lucrat \u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a dezvolta un proiect inovator, construit \u00een jurul unei idei de afaceri menite s\u0103 sprijine comunit\u0103\u021bile locale. Aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 a permis studen\u021bilor s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i pun\u0103 \u00een aplicare cuno\u0219tin\u021bele academice \u00eentr-un context practic \u0219i s\u0103 contribuie activ la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii \u00een regiunea Transilvaniei.
