POLITICA REFERITOARE LA CALITATE – DECLARA\u0162IA RECTORULUI<\/h1>\n

CALITATEA este elementul fundamental \u00een programele educa\u0163ionale \u015fi de cercetare, respectiv \u00een managementul academic ale Universit\u0103\u0163ii de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade\u201e din T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u015f.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Principala noastr\u0103 preocupare \u015fi responsabilitate este aceea de a oferi cu consecven\u0163\u0103 servicii de calitate prin educa\u0163ie \u015fi preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103 \u00een care s\u0103 primeze excelen\u021ba, contribuind \u00een acest fel la dezvoltarea social\u0103 \u015fi economic\u0103 a comunit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

Conducerea Universit\u0103\u0163ii \u00ee\u015fi exprim\u0103 angajamentul total pentru o strategie a calit\u0103\u021bii care vizeaz\u0103 implementarea performant\u0103 \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea continu\u0103 a sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii prin satisfacerea cerin\u021belor aplicabile, \u00een scopul de a ob\u0163ine rezultate care s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 nevoile clien\u0163ilor no\u015ftri – studen\u0163i, al\u021bi membri ai comunit\u0103\u021bii universitare, societate, alte p\u0103r\u021bi interesate.<\/p>\n

Politica referitoare la calitate este definit\u0103, implementat\u0103, monitorizat\u0103 \u0219i revizuit\u0103 periodic \u00een conformitate cu cerin\u021bele sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i cu strategia de dezvoltare institu\u021bional\u0103 care are la baz\u0103 o viziune comun\u0103 pentru excelen\u021ba \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i cercetare ob\u021binut\u0103, pe baza valorilor asumate:<\/p>\n

    Rolul \u0219i responsabilit\u0103\u021bile facult\u0103\u021bilor, ale altor structuri care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi educa\u021bionale \u0219i de cercetare, ale structurilor organizatorice suport pentru procesele din cadrul universit\u0103\u021bii, precum \u0219i a func\u021biilor pentru asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii sunt prev\u0103zute \u00een documenta\u021bia sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

    Studen\u021bii, \u00een calitate de beneficiari direc\u021bi ai proceselor furnizate de universitate, sunt informa\u021bi \u0219i implica\u021bi \u00een mod activ \u00een ac\u021biunile de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

    UMFST G.E. Palade T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 a creat \u015fi men\u0163ine un cadru organizatoric pentru stabilirea \u015fi analizarea obiectivelor referitoare la calitate \u00een domeniul didactic, \u00een domeniul cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, \u00een domeniul colabor\u0103rilor \u015fi cooper\u0103rilor na\u0163ionale \u015fi interna\u0163ionale, \u00een domeniul eficientiz\u0103rii document\u0103rii, \u00een domeniul promov\u0103rii imaginii universit\u0103\u0163ii, marketing educa\u0163ional \u015fi rela\u0163ii publice, precum \u015fi obiective privind optimizarea managementului academic.<\/p>\n

    \u00cen calitate de Rector<\/strong> al UMFST G.E. Palade T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219<\/strong> voi depune toate eforturile pentru men\u0163inerea \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea Sistemului de Management al Calit\u0103\u0163ii ca parte integrant\u0103 a procesului de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire continu\u0103 la care se angajeaz\u0103 \u00eentreaga echip\u0103 de conducere \u00een vederea alinierii la standardele interna\u0163ionale \u00een educa\u0163ia la nivel universitar.<\/p>\n

    • dezvoltarea continu\u0103 a competen\u0163elor profesionale ale personalului implicat \u00een realizarea proceselor specifice;<\/li>\n

      Obiectivele generale \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u021bii se integreaz\u0103 \u00een obiectivele specifice declarate la nivelul universit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i la nivelul compartimentelor integrate \u00een Sistemul de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

      Obiectivele specifice sunt stabilite, monitorizate, evaluate, analizate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se asigure \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea continu\u0103 prin exemplele diseminate de bune practici \u0219i prin m\u0103surile stabilite.<\/p>\n

      Conducerea Universit\u0103\u021bii de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade<\/em>\u201e <\/strong>din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 urm\u0103re\u0219te \u0219i r\u0103spunde de \u00eendeplinirea politicii privind calitatea. Autoritatea \u0219i responsabilitatea pentru stabilirea, implementarea \u0219i men\u021binerea sistemului de management sunt delegate reprezentantului conducerii cu Sistemul de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii .<\/strong><\/p>\n

Studen\u021bii, \u00een calitate de beneficiari direc\u021bi ai proceselor furnizate de universitate, sunt implica\u021bi \u00een mod activ \u00een ac\u021biunile de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

                        Universitatea<\/strong> de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade\u201e din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 <\/strong>a creat \u015fi men\u0163ine un cadru organizatoric pentru stabilirea \u015fi analizarea obiectivelor referitoare la calitate: \u00een domeniul didactic, \u00een domeniul cercet\u0103rii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, \u00een domeniul colabor\u0103rilor \u015fi cooper\u0103rilor na\u0163ionale \u015fi interna\u0163ionale, \u00een domeniul eficientiz\u0103rii document\u0103rii, \u00een domeniul promov\u0103rii imaginii universit\u0103\u0163ii, marketing educa\u0163ional \u015fi rela\u0163ii publice, precum \u015fi obiective privind optimizarea managementului academic \u015fi administrativ.<\/p>\n

                        Politica referitoare la calitate este implementat\u0103, monitorizat\u0103 \u0219i revizuit\u0103 periodic \u00een conformitate cu prevederile procedurilor sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

                        • identificarea \u0219i \u00eendeplinirea continu\u0103 a cerin\u021belor explicite \u0219i implicite ale clien\u021bilor- studen\u021bi, al\u021bi membrii ai comunit\u0103\u021bii universitare, precum \u0219i alte p\u0103r\u021bi interesate;<\/li>\n
                        • corelarea \u0219i respectarea tuturor cerin\u021belor legale \u0219i de reglementare aplicabile domeniului de activitate al Universit\u0103\u0163ii de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade\u201e din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219;<\/li>\n

                          Obiectivele generale \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u021bii se integreaz\u0103 \u00een obiectivele specifice declarate la nivelul universit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i la nivelul compartimentelor integrate \u00een Sistemul de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n

                          Obiectivele specifice sunt stabilite, monitorizate, evaluate, analizate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se asigure \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea continu\u0103 prin exemplele diseminate de bune practici \u0219i prin m\u0103surile stabilite.<\/p>\n

                          Conducerea Universit\u0103\u021bii de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade<\/em>\u201e <\/strong>din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 urm\u0103re\u0219te \u0219i r\u0103spunde de \u00eendeplinirea politicii privind calitatea. Autoritatea \u0219i responsabilitatea pentru stabilirea, implementarea \u0219i men\u021binerea sistemului de management sunt delegate reprezentantului conducerii cu Sistemul de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii .<\/strong><\/p>\n
