In Hamburg, UMFST\u2013UMCH Teaching Hospitals Days 2026 was an event dedicated to strengthening academic and clinical collaboration between GE Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures, the UMCH campus and its international network of partner hospitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event brought together representatives from 22 university hospitals, the university leadership, UMFST-UMCH campus management, teaching staff and official guests, including the Romanian Ambassador to Germany, Adriana St\u0103nescu, and the General Consul of Spain in Hamburg, Francisco Javier Dago Elorza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program included meetings and working discussions with representatives of partner hospitals, a Teaching Hospital Fair, academic networking sessions, a tour of the UMCH campus, as well as activities dedicated to strengthening relations with alumni and coordinators of the university hospital network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During these meetings, current projects and development directions of the Hamburg medical program were presented, along with opportunities to expand clinical collaboration for student training in an international medical setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The UMFST\u2013UMCH Hamburg campus, the German extension of our university, currently hosts over 900 medical students from more than 50 countries, serving as a model of modern, international medical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These two days once again confirmed the importance of international clinical partnerships in developing excellent medical education and in strengthening the UMFST academic community globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
