Palade UMPhST Targu Mures will organize, starting in September 2026, a new series of training courses dedicated to developing professional skills in the healthcare field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you want to acquire entrepreneurial skills, successfully manage research projects, or deepen the principles of ethics and academic integrity, these courses offer you the right framework to develop and perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entrepreneurship advanced training for healthcare professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research project management in the medical field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethics and academic integrity in health research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What awaits you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interactive and practice-oriented learning experiences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trainers with expertise in the addressed fields;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of necessary skills for current challenges in research and healthcare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of completion, awarded according to program conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of places is limited to 25 participants per course, ensuring that each session provides a dynamic and efficient learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration period, course schedule, and all necessary information for participation will be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project Training and Guidance for UMPhST Health Researchers \u2013 FOCUS, SMIS code 350717, is implemented by G.E. Palade UMPhST Targu Mures, in partnership with the Targu Mures County Emergency Clinical Hospital, between 2025 and 2029.
