As medicine continues to advance through technology and innovation, maintaining the human dimension of healthcare has become more important than ever. The Medical Humanities programme addresses this challenge through an interdisciplinary approach that brings together medicine and the humanities, drawing on the contributions of history, literature, art, philosophy, and other fields relevant to a comprehensive understanding of health and human experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Graduates can apply their competencies in education, research, healthcare management, medical communication, and the development of public health policies. The program also provides relevant training for emerging roles such as patient navigator, a specialist who facilitates communication between patients and the healthcare system, supports access to healthcare services, and contributes to improving the patient experience throughout the medical journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
