The programme was organised in partnership with Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban Planning of Bucharest, and provides students with a solid foundation in the theory, design, and practice of architecture.  \nThe Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s Architecture degree programmes in English offer a generous framework of university education for young people who are interested in this field.  \nThe programme is authorised by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education with a tuition capacity of 50 students a year.  \nIn cooperation with the programme faculty members with acknowledged professional and scientific skills, the educational process is carried out using the latest learning technologies, innovative teaching methods in order to respond to new requirements.\nThe architectural education programme focuses on several areas including:<\/p><ul><li>rapid changes of values in contemporary culture, in everyday life and in current\nattitudes.<\/li><li>extremely fast progress of information technologies<\/li><li>the growing instability of the labour market and the specialisation of professional\npractice<\/li><li>new materials and technologies<\/li><li>the rapid environmental degradation and the imperative need to build a less energy-\nconsuming and more sustainable environment<\/li><li>sustaining the sensitivities to traditional values and local identity.<\/li><li>the promotion of creativity as an expression of the contemporary contribution to the\nenrichment of the existing urban
