Palade T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 starting in 2001. The program is accredited by ARACIS with a tuition capacity of 80 students\/year. The orientation of the Quality Systems Management master's program is professionalization, through the acquisition of professional skills in the specialized field of engineering and quality management.<\/p><p>The specialization enjoys great prestige and appreciation from the economic environment. The vast majority of managers appreciate, based on personal experience, that the mix between technical and economic with ingredients of a legal nature is the most appropriate training for the managerial function. It eliminates the two forms of imposture that manifest in managerial activity: \"engineer who does not know the managerial side\", respectively \"manager who does not feel the technological process\". Combining the creative thinking of the engineer with the normative thinking of the manager is a binomial that brings managerial activity into
