ESTIEM (European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management) este organiza\u021bia studen\u021bilor europeni de Inginerie Industrial\u0103 \u0219i Management, unind competen\u021bele tehnice cu cele de management pentru a crea o comunitate puternic\u0103 \u0219i colaborativ\u0103. Cu o activitate de peste 35 de ani, reune\u0219te 76 de universit\u0103\u021bi din 26 de \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i organizeaz\u0103 anual peste 150 de activit\u0103\u021bi interna\u021bionale.<\/p>\n

Scopul ESTIEM este de a conecta studen\u021bii IEM din Europa, oferindu-le oportunit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103 prin proiecte, schimburi culturale \u0219i experien\u021be practice. Prin intermediul activit\u0103\u021bilor sale, studen\u021bii pot participa la evenimente interna\u021bionale, \u00ee\u0219i pot dezvolta abilit\u0103\u021bi tehnice \u0219i de leadership, pot c\u0103l\u0103tori \u0219i descoperi noi culturi, pot lucra \u00een echipe multiculturale \u0219i pot contribui la proiecte cu impact direct asupra dezvolt\u0103rii domeniului IEM \u00een Europa.<\/p>\n

Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bile educa\u021bionale, ESTIEM ofer\u0103 \u0219i acces la o comunitate european\u0103 dinamic\u0103, \u00een care membrii pot explora interese comune, pot ini\u021bia proiecte proprii \u0219i pot colabora cu profesioni\u0219ti \u0219i organiza\u021bii din industrie. After more than 27 years, ESTIEM has developed an organization and brought together 60,000 students from more than 80 universities across Europe.
