The Faculty of Economics and Law is an important structure within our University, as evidenced by the number of students as well as the diversity of the study programs. Economics, administration and law studies have an important history in Târgu Mureș, having reached maturity through time as a result of the involvement of different notables in the fields of law and economics.

Currently, our faculty is at a moment of study program and content innovation, which represent the main element of our educational offer.

Dynamic, up to date and always on the lookout for the best technologies and competencies, our educational offer is made appealing though the study programs available right now as well as our proposals for the years to come.

Our programs cover a wide range of qualifications in the fields of business, accounting, finance, public administration, and legal sciences, all of which are in a permanent evolution to meet the requirements and competencies necessary now and in the future.
We are aware that our youth seek, by and large, financial independence, the freedom to forge their own path, and we can contribute to make this dream come true for current and future generations.

Our faculty places great emphasis on learning in new ways but also on authentic experiences, and for this, in addition to the activities carried out during lectures, seminars and laboratories, we offer students as many meetings as possible with entrepreneurs, successful people, representatives of professional organizations that are important for the future of our students, events that are conceived as anchor points for the realities they are preparing for.

Every year, we run a considerable number of extracurricular activities in the form of international summer schools, Erasmus events, conferences, professional seminars, workshops, covering all areas of our study programs.

Because we want to contribute to the training of professionals who can successfully adapt to the European labor market, we offer our students the opportunity to enhance their personal experiences by studying or doing internships as part of Erasmus mobilities at partner universities in over 15 European countries.

All of this is possible thanks to the passion, responsibility and determination of our professors as well as the commitment of our students.
