The 20th anniversary edition of the International Conference “Interdisciplinarity in Engineering – Inter-Eng 2026” is scheduled to take place on 1–2 October.

The theme of this edition, “Shaping the engineers of tomorrow to meet the challenges of Industry 5.0”, will highlight the transformations shaping the engineering of the future: artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, digitalisation, sustainability and new manufacturing technologies.

The event will bring together guests from Romania and abroad, researchers, academics, engineers, students and industry representatives, providing a setting for presenting research, exchanging ideas and developing new collaborations between academia and industry.
