As medical imaging occupies an increasingly important place in diagnosis and research, the training of specialists requires competencies that go beyond the boundaries of a single field.

One of the programs that most clearly expresses the technological direction of medicine is the English-taught Master’s programme Multimodal Imaging Techniques in Medicine, representing an absolute novelty in the educational offer. The programme provides an overview of the main technologies used in contemporary medical imaging, from MRI, CT and PET-CT to ultrasonography and image analysis assisted by artificial intelligence.

Intended for graduates from fields such as medicine, biomedical engineering, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, radiology, imaging technology or computer science, the programme reflects one of the major trends of contemporary medicine: the increasingly close integration of diagnosis, technology and data analysis.
