For international students enrolled in the Medicine in English program (Hamburg, Germany), complementary to the preclinical years that take place exclusively on the Hamburg campus, clinical education is carried out in an intensive and compact system within the university's over 30 partner medical units located in the EU area (Germany, Spain and Italy).

The clinical activity is carried out with the involvement of local medical professionals and is coordinated by representatives of the university administration. The entire medical training complies with the Plan for Quality Control Management in Clinical Teaching, developed and implemented together with the Quality Assurance Department of UMFST G. E. Palade Tg. Mureș.
