ANNOUNCEMENT - TUITION FEE 2026-2027
All students must pay the whole tuition fee between 14th of September - 15th of October of the current year. The payment of the tuition fee instalments shall be made only in LEI (as equivalent of the amount in Euro, at the BNR exchange rate on the date of payment) by bank transfer (at least 5 working days before the deadline) or the University platforms.
No deadline extensions will be granted for the payment of tuition fee.
ANNOUNCEMENT – REQUEST FOR REPEATING THE YEAR, RESUMPTION OF STUDIES, RE-ENROLLMENT
Requests for the repetition of the study year, re-enrollment and/or resumption of studies, related to the academic year 2026/2027 will be submitted to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Medicine in English until 3rd of September, 2026. Requests submitted after this date will not be processed.
ANNOUNCEMENT - TRANSFERS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Students from other Romanian or international universities recognized by the Ministry of Education and Research, who request a transfer within the study programs of the Faculty of Medicine in English for the academic year 2026/2027 will follow the calendar and all steps described in the document Information-Transfers for International Students .
ANNOUNCEMENT – REQUESTS FOR EQUIVALENCE OF GRADES AND CREDITS
Requests for equivalence of grades and credits (ECTS) will be submitted to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Medicine in English only at the beginning of the academic year 2025/2026, between:September 22nd, 2023 – October 03rd, 2025 (for all subjects from both semesters of study of the academic year 2025/2026 ). Requests submitted after this date will not be processed.
