Study mobilities carried out outside the Erasmus+ program are semester- or academic-year-long study periods conducted at partner universities abroad within the framework of other programs besides Erasmus+ (e.g., scholarships offered by the Balassi Institute and the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary).

To carry out such a mobility, the student must obtain approval from the Dean’s Office of the faculty to which he/she is enrolled. Approval is obtained based on a request submitted to the university's registry. The request must be accompanied by a completed Learning Agreement, proof of the scholarship award, and the host university’s acceptance.

Applications must be submitted to the Department of International Relations, Room 226, no later than one day before the start of the semester in which the mobility will take place.
