The Master’s programme Innovative Business in Tourism and Services provides an academic learning environment, both theoretical and practical, and offers opportunities to develop professional, social, and personal skills and abilities necessary for:

Romanian Language Preparatory Year for Foreign Citizens is addressed to all foreign citizens, whether from the EU or outside of it, who wish to enroll in undergraduate or graduate study programmes at higher education institutions in Romania.

The program offers a comprehensive training plan for acquiring skills in Romanian language, culture, and civilization. The fundamental courses emphasize the identity of the Romanian language. The practical courses are structured in accordance with the language proficiency levels outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The optional course in specialized languages complements communication skills in Romanian.

The teaching activities focus on employing a variety of modern, student-centred methodological and pedagogical approaches, aiming to ensure rapid progress in language learning.

Romanian Language Preparatory Year for Foreign Citizens has been designed with the consideration of the need to integrate international students into Romanian society by learning the language and understanding the cultural identity aspects of Romania, which will provide them with a solid foundation for their chosen field of study.

The Architecture specialisation within George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Târgu Mureş is a 6-year undergraduate programme started in 2021. The programme was organised in partnership with Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban Planning of Bucharest, and provides students with a solid foundation in the theory, design, and practice of architecture. The Bachelor’s and Master’s Architecture degree programmes in English offer a generous framework of university education for young people who are interested in this field. The programme is authorised by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education with a tuition capacity of 50 students a year. In cooperation with the programme faculty members with acknowledged professional and scientific skills, the educational process is carried out using the latest learning technologies, innovative teaching methods in order to respond to new requirements. The Bachelor's Degree Program in Pharmacy Assistance (in Bistrița) provides graduates with essential theoretical and practical knowledge about over-the-counter (OTC) medication, food supplements, cosmetic products, and other health-related products. 

Graduates can practice their profession in various fields, such as community pharmacies, drugstores, hospital pharmacies, analytical laboratories, and the pharmaceutical industry. The bachelor's degree allows them to pursue further education through master's programs in the pharmaceutical field and related areas, with the possibility of eventually accessing doctoral studies.

The Specialised Nursing Master's programme is part of the Faculty of Medicine's educational offer at the George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences, and Technology of Târgu Mureș. The programme aims to train highly qualified nurses specialising in various medical fields, capable of actively contributing to the management of patients with diverse pathologies. Graduates will develop the ability to exercise decision-making autonomy in first-line treatment and to work effectively alongside physicians as part of an integrated, efficient healthcare team in the treatment and monitoring of patients.

The increasing demand for highly professional mid-level healthcare personnel across all areas of healthcare, together with the need to provide complex medical services tailored to the requirements of patients, their families, and the wider community, has led to the establishment of a long-term higher education programme (four years – structured in eight semesters, using the transferable credit system: 240 ECTS).
