Students from the Faculty of Economics and Law at G.E. Palade UMPhST Târgu Mureș are participating in the International Competition Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, focusing on international investment law and international arbitration.

The contest takes place between 29 October – 2 November 2025 in the United States of America, and the students from UMPhST, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nicolae Ploeșteanu, will compete and interact with students from prestigious universities around the world.
