Judicial Institutions and Liberal Professions is a master’s programme designed to train specialists in the legal field, with a focus on the work of judicial institutions and the practice of liberal legal professions. It is intended for law graduates aspiring to careers in the judiciary, legal practice, notary services, enforcement proceedings, or related professions. The programme provides advanced theoretical and practical training essential for building a successful career in these areas.

  • application of techniques and tools specific to the legal domain
  • application of Romanian legislation, European legislation, and other international legal instruments
  • interpretation, correlation, and comparison of legal institutions from national law, European law, and the legal systems of other states
  • application of the knowledge required for gathering data and information concerning a specific legal issue
  • use of current legislation to analyse legal situations, classify them correctly from a legal standpoint, and identify appropriate solutions.

  • carrying out professional tasks efficiently and responsibly, while observing the deontological rules specific to the legal field
  • applying techniques for effective teamwork (including interdisciplinary collaboration), with respect for hierarchical structures
  • efficient use of communication resources and professional information and training sources, both in Romanian and in an internationally spoken foreign language.
