At the meeting of the ARACIS Council held on 2 April 2026, the undergraduate study program Medicine in French of G.E. Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures was approved.

Starting this autumn, the educational offer of our university will be expanded with 100 places allocated to this program, which will operate within the Faculty of International Medical Studies.

This achievement represents a new milestone in strengthening the international academic dimension of G.E. Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures and concretely expresses the university’s strategic direction of internationalization, through the diversification of study programs and the expansion of its openness towards the European and global educational space.
