The establishment of this consortium brings together four leading institutions: G.E. Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures, the Targu Mures County Emergency Clinical Hospital, the Targu Mures Emergency Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases and Transplantation, and the George Emil Palade University Clinical Hospital.
