The Management programme prepares specialists capable of managing knowledge, techniques, methods, and modern procedures within the field of management. Management as a discipline has experienced significant development in recent years. Therefore, specialists in this field must continuously stay up to date with emerging trends while maintaining a solid foundational knowledge that enables them to adapt efficiently to change.

  • identifying, analysing, and managing elements that define the internal and external environment of an organisation through diagnostics and SWOT analysis
  • developing and implementing organisational strategies and policies
  • designing and implementing the management system and its subsystems, including the allocation and reallocation of resources and activities
  • identifying, selecting, and applying methods for forecasting, organising, coordinating, motivating, and monitoring performance
  • supporting, adopting, and implementing decisions for organisations of low complexity, either as a whole or in specific components
  • using databases, information, and knowledge to apply managerial methods, techniques, and procedures.
