Description

The Law programme is designed to train specialists in the legal field. It is intended for all high school graduates seeking to pursue a professional career in the judiciary (judge, prosecutor), liberal legal professions (lawyer, notary public, bailiff), and related areas. Research within the Law programme aims to establish an interactive research environment, connected to university research centres, capable of generating ideas, creating knowledge, and disseminating it in the legal domain.

  • appropriate use of concepts, theories, paradigms, and methodologies in the field of law
  • application of techniques and tools specific to the legal domain
  • application of Romanian legislation, European legislation, and other international legal instruments
  • interpretation, correlation, and comparison of legal institutions under national law, European law, and the laws of other states
  • application of knowledge required for collecting data and information on a specific legal issue
  • use of current legislation to analyse legal situations, classify them correctly from a legal standpoint, and resolve them appropriately.
