Students of G.E. Palade UMPhST Târgu Mureș, together with students from the universities of the DIVERSE Alliance, took part between 20–24 October 2025 in a mobility within the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme organised by the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim, Germany.

During the programme, the students worked in multicultural teams to develop a plan for increasing wellbeing and productivity in the workplace, including in hospitals; the aim was to identify applicable solutions that would contribute to improving job satisfaction as well as increasing motivation in the organisational environment. The participants appreciated the collaboration with students from various countries, the team-work and the creative ideas.
