A new collaboration opportunity within the DIVERSE Alliance

Students and academic staff from the Physical Education and Sports program of G.E. Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures recently participated in an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) academic mobility titled “Developing Sport for the Community,” hosted by Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

The activity represented a collaboration opportunity within the DIVERSE Alliance, alongside students and academic staff from PXL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Belgium) and Universidad Europea del Atlántico (Spain).

The programme included theoretical and practical sessions, as well as sports and recreational activities, during which participants worked together on developing community-based sports club initiatives. The mobility also provided the opportunity to experience innovative teaching and sports activity organization methods, to interact in multicultural contexts, and to strengthen professional competences, contributing both to academic and personal development, as well as to building solid foundations for future international collaborations.
