Her Excellency Laila Stenseng, the Norwegian Ambassador to Germany, addressed a welcoming speech to students at the Hamburg campus of GE Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures, followed by a dialogue session with Norwegian students, a significant community within the cultural diversity of our international student body.
