Dual education combines traditional training with practical experience, offering adolescents and young people the chance to turn their passion into a profession, as well as the opportunity to pursue a complete educational pathway.

G.E. Palade UMPhST of Targu Mures, as consortium leader, together with partners from the public and private sectors, proposes the development and equipping of an integrated professional campus called ERGOPOLIS, which aims to support the advancement of professional education by increasing the number of fields, qualifications, and graduates, as well as ensuring an educational pathway for students enrolled in dual education programs. Additionally, the project seeks to create conditions that enable dual education graduates at the pre-university level to continue their studies in higher education.
