Incoming Teaching Mobility
We are honoured by your interest in our university and we hope to welcome you for your Erasmus teaching assignment.
The teaching staff from our university is always glad to work with colleagues from our partner universities, and we, the team from the International Relations Department, are here to make sure your Erasmus assignment runs smoothly.
We are looking forward to receiving your Teaching Assignment, and to know more about the period planned for your mobility. If you need an invitation letter, our office can issue it once the details of your mobility have been set.
If you choose to be accommodated in the university guest houses (see more here ) we kindly ask you to let us know in due time, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Accommodation can be provided in the spaces belonging to the university, depending on the availability:
- Alma Mater Complex within the campus of the University (4-star, 3-star rooms);
- a building on Republicii Square no. 3 (3-star rooms);
- Students’ Dormitory no. 4.
Prices vary between 140 lei and 35 lei, depending on the type of room (4-star, 3-star, or 2-star rooms). All buildings are located within a walking distance from most of G.E. Palade UMFST Tg. Mures faculties and the city centre. Breakfast is not provided at the accommodation facility.
If you choose to be accommodated in the 4-bed, 3-bed, 2-bed or single rooms at the University, we kindly ask you to let us know by email, at luminita.singeorzan@umfst.ro (for the field of study Health) or veronica.zaharagiu@umfst.ro (for the fields of study Science and Technology), so that we may check their availability and make the necessary administrative procedures.
