Prezentare

Laboratorul de Cromatografie și Spectrometrie de Masă (CROMS) face parte din Centrul Avansat de Cercetări Medicale și Farmaceutice și este coordonat de un profesor. Personalul include cercetători cu experiență în domeniul chimiei analitice și bioanalitice. Activitatea de cercetare este desfășurată în principal de cercetătorii și personalul laboratorului, precum și de profesori colaboratori, cadre didactice, doctoranzi și cercetători.

Laboratorul este dotat cu un sistem LC-MS, precum și cu echipamente auxiliare capabile să ofere instrumentele necesare pentru prelucrarea și analiza cromatografică a probelor biologice, a produselor farmaceutice și parafarmaceutice, a produselor alimentare și a extractelor vegetale, utilizând detecția UV-Vis sau detecția prin spectrometrie de masă. Detectorul de tip cuadrupol cu timp de zbor (QTOF) permite identificări și determinări avansate, precise și specifice, în toate tipurile de studii, inclusiv în peptidomică și proteomică. Până în prezent, au fost realizate peste 30 de studii în domenii precum analiza medicamentelor, fitofarmacie și fitochimie, tehnologie farmaceutică, biochimie, metabolomică, biofarmacie, farmacocinetică și analiza mediului.

Laboratorul de Cromatografie și Spectrometrie de Masă (CROMS) oferă, de asemenea, numeroase activități educaționale pentru studenți de licență, masterat și doctorat. De-a lungul anilor au fost organizate și diverse activități științifice în cadrul unor conferințe naționale și internaționale (Marisiensis, PharmacoFor).
